Matthew Bennett, Jenny Brathwaite & Niranjan Francis are your locally elected Labour councillors for Gipsy Hill ward.
We were elected in May 2010 to represent you on Lambeth Council and to be available to try and help with any problems that you are having with the council. Gipsy Hill covers parts of West Norwood, West Dulwich and Upper Norwood (SE27, SE21 & SE19).
Let us know about local issues that you’re concerned about or changes that you want to see in your area. We work very closely with our local Member of Parliament, Tessa Jowell and with Val Shawcross, our member of the London Assembly .
We hold four drop-in advice surgeries a month, no appointment is necessary and we will do whatever we can to help you.
We are also out across the ward once a month with a ‘mobile’ surgery where we come and knock on doors to see if there’s anything in the are you’d like to raise with us. Our fixed surgeries are:
2nd Friday of the month: 10am-11:30am, Nettlefold Hall, West Norwood Library with Tessa Jowell MP
2nd Friday of the month: 4-5pm, Upper Norwood Library, Westow Hill
3rd Saturday of the month: 10-11am, Emmanuel Church, Clive Road
4th Friday of the month: 10-11am, Berridge Road Community Centre, Bristow Road
